For end-of-year business occasions to remember, send locally-made and impactful corporate gifts that contribute to women artisans of #IndonesiaBerdaya.
From the talented hands of these weaving mothers in Flores, East Nusa Tenggara to your homes and all around the world!
Through the beauty of weaving, Du Anyam has empowered female artisans in remote areas and enabled them to gain more income to improve their living quality.
To accelerate the social impacts for our women weavers, we’re proud to be collaborating with IKEA in bringing more access to our handmade creations with a competitive edge, particularly in the global market.
Aligning with the IKEA philosophy of meaningful and functional products, we hope to further secure the well being of our weavers and their families, while bringing positive environmental values for the society.
Rumah Du Anyam (Weaving House)
It’s both a blessing and honor to present our new Rumah Du Anyam (Weaving House). This humble home is our symbol of commitment to keep supporting our women weavers to a better and more empowered life.
Rumah Anyam will mainly serve as a workstation for our weaving mothers where they create new products. More importantly, it’s going to be a place of togetherness where new dreams for female empowerment will continue on.
EVENT AND RECOGNITION
It’s an honor to take part in the 12th WTO Ministerial Conference at Geneva, Switzerland!
During the “Unlocking Trade for Women’s Empowerment and Sustainable Development” session, Hanna Keraf (Du Anyam’s co-founder) had the chance to share her experience in empowering our women artisans in the remote areas through handwicker products.
Du Anyam has always been in a relentless pursuit of better Indonesia together with our female artisans. That’s why being included in the #77PortraitAnakBangsa is such a rewarding achievement for us!
This campaign is organized by CXO and OPPO to promote social enterprises with inspiring impacts. We’re thankful.
