Fundraising & Partnership Officer
Role: The Fundraising & Partnership Officer is responsible for developing, organizing, and ensuring the fulfillment of program fundraising targets, including reporting and team management within the project.
Location: Jabodetabek
Working Hours: Full Time
- Develop, execute, and oversee all processes of grant programs and/or fundraising in accordance with the company’s targets.
- Conduct research and studies for ESG program trend analysis, identify necessary grant programs and/or fundraising according to the company’s targets, including research on potential donors and/or other stakeholders for potential collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with donors and/or other stakeholders, including regular communication for the latest updates and ensuring donor satisfaction and feedback on the series of grant programs and/or fundraising.
- Create and ensure the delivery of all potential grant program and/or fundraising proposals.
- Create final reports (including periodic reports as needed by donors) for all funded grant program and/or fundraising proposals.
- Assist the Community Development Team in implementing funded programs, especially regarding the formation and supervision of additional teams (volunteers)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team in creating campaign content needed for each grant program and/or fundraising.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in grant program implementation, fundraising, and/or marketing.
- Have good communication skills, grant proposal and/or fundraising writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, business, public relations, or related fields.
- Have a willingness to learn, resilience, not easily discouraged, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Have initiative and solution-oriented.
- Enjoy challenges, sociable, and adaptable.
