SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Jakarta


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling incoming Business to Business (B2B) leads and inquiries
  • Create and record B2B – related documents and client administration
  • Manage retail consignment partners for both online and offline
  • Record and manage customer database
  • Develop sales and marketing content as well as brand communication that represents the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in Sales or Communication or Administrative field
  • Passionate in communication, relationship building and consumer satisfaction
  • Highly motivated, self confidence and independent
  • Excellent communicator, great listener, a learner
  • Organized, diligent and high attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Available to work full time
